Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorSM (AWMA®) Program is designed for advisors who want to better address the unique needs of high net worth clients. The program’s one-of-a-kind curriculum contains sections dedicated to behavioral finance, working with small business owners, and succession/exit planning.
The Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) program equips advisors with the skills to analyze data and provide expertise on the special financial issues of divorce. The role of a CDFA® professional is to help clients understand how decisions they make today will impact their financial future.

The use of the CDFA® designation does not permit Wells Fargo Advisors or its Financial Advisors to provide legal advice, nor is it meant to imply that the firm or its associates are acting as experts in this field.
Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) is one of the highest distinctions in the investment management profession. The program provides a strong foundation in advanced investment analysis and real-world portfolio management skills. CFA® charterholders have worked to develop the knowledge and the skills to help thrive in the competitive investing industry.
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification is one of the highest standards of excellence in financial planning. CFP® professionals meet rigorous education, training and ethical standards, and are committed to serving their clients' best interests today to prepare them for a more secure tomorrow.
Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) Program provides comprehensive education in the essentials of financial planning, including insurance, taxation, retirement, and estate planning. It also addresses advanced areas such as behavioral finance, non-traditional family structures, and small business planning.
The Chartered Special Needs Consultant® (ChSNC®) certification equips advisors with knowledge on governmental benefits, special needs trusts, and ABLE accounts to better support families and individuals in need of disability and special needs planning.
The Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) certification is designed for advisors focusing on ultra-high-net-worth client strategies. The program is taught in conjunction with the Yale School of Management.
The Personal Financial Specialist designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) highlights a comprehensive knowledge of financial planning. All areas of personal financial planning—estate, retirement, investments and insurance—have tax implications, and only CPA/PFS professionals have the experience, ethics, and expertise to get the job done right.
